Improve cardiovascular endurance with HIIT (high intensity interval training) with equipment or just bodyweight.

Blocks of Full Body Strength Training and HIIT (high intensity interval training). Expect a combination of different timing ratios and drills to get your heart rate up, burn fat, and BLAST calories. Modifications will be shown. Beginners welcome.
