Change your body with this cardio sculpting, endurance based class inspired by Strength training, Pilates, our signature BURN Barre method, and Cardiovascular moves. This is NOT your traditional barre class! This unique, NEW format contains sequenced blocks of strength (6-8min), cardio (2-3min), and core(3-6min). With minimal recoveries, complete multiple rounds for a full body workout that will leave you breathless by the end. Shoes required. Beginners welcome. Modifications shown. MAT NOT REQUIRED.  MAT SQUARES PROVIDED WHEN NEEDED.
